Jacksonville Suns Baseball Game

The Jacksonville Suns start their 2013 season of baseball in Jacksonville on April 4th, 2013 at 7:05 PM against the Jackson Generals at the Baseball Grounds of Jacksonville. The full 2013 schedule has been released and is posted online at jaxsuns.com. All game times given are subject to change.

In 1962, the Cleveland Indians moved their International League team from Havana, Cuba to Jacksonville, Florida and the Suns were born. This year the Suns will honor 51 great years in the City of Jacksonville.

The Jacksonville Suns, in conjunction with the City of Jacksonville, will host the 2013 Southern League All-Star Game presented by State Farm will be held on Wednesday July 17, 2013 on Bragan Field at the Baseball Grounds of Jacksonville. It will be the first time since 2003 that Jacksonville has hosted the midsummer classic.

.The Suns are the AA  affiliatesof the Miami Marlins.
