Prime Osborn Convention Center

Jacksonville?s Prime F. Osborn III Convention Center celebrates her 113th birthday this year.

The 265,000-gross square foot site of many conventions, trade shows and receptions did not start out as a convention center. In 1897, the site of the Prime Osborn opened as Flagler Depot, a train station built by railroad magnate, Henry Flagler, handling as many as 92 trains a day.
