Visit Jacksonville Visitors Magazine - This four-color, digest-size magazine is the official publication for visitor information. Covering Jacksonville, the Beaches, St. Augustine and Amelia Island, the magazine provides an overview of area attractions, dining and nightlife options, special events, sports and outdoor activities, how to get there and where to stay. Area maps and contact information for local companies are also included. This complimentary magazine is published twice each year. 

Visit Jacksonville Destination Planner - A comprehensive guidebook designed for meeting planners, the Destination Planner will help you navigate Jacksonville by finding companies, services and products to meet your needs. The book provides detailed information on meeting venues, accommodations, attractions, restaurants, outdoor activities and service companies.

Visit Jacksonville Shell Brochure - Tri-fold brochure with photos of Jacksonville on one side and blank on the other. The blank side allows you to personalize the brochure for your needs.

Visit Jacksonville Services Brochure - An eight-panel brochure overview of the Jacksonville area for pre-promotional use.

Visit Jacksonville Door Hangers - "Shhhhh... I'm dreaming of Jacksonville". Door Hangers come in fluorescent, eye-catching colors and placed on attendees' hotel room doors at the meeting preceding your trip to Jacksonville. They are a great reminder for attendees to start making plans to attend the next year's meeting in Jacksonville.

Visit Jacksonville Promotional Video - A promotional highlight video of the Jacksonville area is available on loan from the Visit Jacksonville Services department. Visit Jacksonville Map Pads - Beautifully colored and detailed maps of downtown Jacksonville on one side and the Jacksonville area on the other, available in easy to transport tear-off pads of 100 maps each. ($10 per pad)

Meeting Supplies

Plastic Bags - Plastic bags are 9" x 13" and large enough to hold most registration materials. They are white with the orange "Jacksonville. Where Florida Begins" logo. ($.30 each)

Name Badge Inserts - Name badge inserts are 3" x 4" and display a Visit Jacksonville logo. They come six badges per page and can easily be printed through an ink jet or laser printer. ($.15 each)

Name Badge Holders - Name badge holders are 3" x 4" and are compatible with name badge inserts or any standard 3" x 4" non-adhesive inserts. They are bottom loading and have a pin-on back. ($.15 each)

Registration Staffing

Registration personnel can assist with pre-convention set-up and on-site registration to get a meeting or event off to a great start. Registrars provide a friendly and informative welcome for attendees.
