Who Qualifies/Conditions:

  • Meeting, event, incentive, training/conference programs or conventions, with verifiable meetings history 

  • Planners with groups yielding a minimum of 150 peak room nights or $20,000 in group revenue.

  • Planners that are considering Northeast Florida as a meeting destination and have open meeting dates within 24 months of the event for which a site has not been selected.

  • Planners who have not attended a Visit Jacksonville BET in the past or who have never been to Northeast Florida
