Website training follows. This event takes place from 8:30-11:00 a.m. at Partner businesses. Free event to Partners.

 

Visit Jacksonville for Breakfast & Partner Signature Events

All Partners are encouraged to attend Visit Jacksonville for Breakfast & Special Events. Visit Jacksonville is there to answer any questions or get suggestions from you, our Partners. There is networking time at the start of these events. Networking: 8:30 a.m. Program: 9-10 a.m. at Partner businesses, unless noted differently in the invitation.  Free event, unless noted.  Topic descriptions on the following page.

July 24, 2014:  Omni Jacksonville Hotel

Time:  5:30pm – 7:30pm
Topic:  International Pageants International Business Networking Event

The International Pageant System will be hosting two pageants in Jacksonville this summer. The Mrs. International Pageant showcases the accomplishments of married women with a week of events in Jacksonville leading up to the competition on July 25 and 26. The Miss/Miss Teen International Pageant is the premiere pageant for the young women and will be held from July 28-August 3! Both competitions will be held at the Times-Union Center for the Performing Arts.

This is a huge win for Jacksonville as the pageants have been in Skokie, IL just outside of Chicago for the past 10 years and have booked Jacksonville for 2014-2016. To celebrate, Visit Jacksonville is co-sponsoring a business networking reception with Global Jax, Jacksonville Aviation Authority, Indo US Chamber of Commerce, and the First Coast Hispanic Chamber of Commerce on Thursday July 24 at the Omni Jacksonville Hotel to meet and greet with the contestants in the Mrs. International Pageant. The event is free to attend; complimentary hors d’oeuvres and beverages will also be provided. A silent auction featuring personally selected items from the contestants will be available to bid on-all proceeds will benefit the American Heart Association-First Coast!
