In 1897, the site of the Prime Osborn opened as Flagler Depot, a train station built by railroad magnate, Henry Flagler, handling as many as 92 trains a day. As the station got busier, the railroad companies were in need of a larger terminal and the Jacksonville Terminal was built.

For groups not exceeding 20 persons, take our new behind-the-scenes Beermaster Tour. There is a cost for this tour ($10 for those 13 - 20 yrs and $25 for those 21 years and above). This two hour (approximate) tour takes your group through the entire process of the brewing and packaging of Budweiser. Sample Budweiser and Bud Light directly from the tanks. Gifts, such as Beermaster hats and tasting glasses are included. Centerstage offers a variety of games for almost any location. A "triathlon" of inflatable events and beachside games are one of the most popular items, adding fun and comedy to any competition. Cummer Museum of Art & Gardens - Token Response This teambuilding activity shows how members of a group think differently and learning to understand those differences in order to work better together. Each member of a group is given a "token" (card) with different thoughts about art ("which do you think is the most/least expensive?" "which piece do you absolutely hate?" "which piece would look best in your home?"). Participants are asked to walk around an exhibit and drop the corresponding card in front of the artwork that reflects the card in their opinion. The activity ends with discussion to understand how art is subjective based on the tokens in front of the paintings.

Skydive Amelia - We do offer team building packages and can accommodate up to 30 persons per day on avarage. For a huge event like 100 people to make a skydive on the same day, we bring more instructors and a larger aircraft in to accommodate the extra traffic. We are also right on the beach so everyone involved can split the team building exercise at our skydive center with beach time and beach side luncheons and hotel accommodation.
