Coffee – Maxwell House operates its largest coffee roasting plant in Jacksonville. The plant produces 1 million pounds of coffee per day.
Chocolate – Peterbrooke Chocolatier was created in Jacksonville in one store front in historic San Marco Square; named after the owner’s children. Today, the chocolates are made in cities around Florida and in Georgia and Alabama.
