The tour will also be “green,” with a unique charitable component to be announced in the weeks ahead. The E.N.D., The Black Eyed Peas’ fifth studio album, is also their first original album since Monkey Business (released May 2005), certified RIAA triple platinum in the U.S., with worldwide sales of more than 9 million copies. Monkey Business generated Grammy® Awards over two consecutive years, for “Don’t Phunk with My Heart” and “My Humps.” The Peas’ first Grammy® Award came six years ago, for “Let’s Get It Started,” from their breakthrough album of 2003, Elephunk, which introduced Fergie into the lineup, and turned the group into international superstars with cumulative 25-times platinum sales in nearly a dozen countries around the world. In 2006 Fergie released her 6 million-selling solo debut The Dutchess and in 2007 Producer Of the Year Grammy nominee will.i.am released Songs About Girls. Of special note is will’s involvement in the 2008 Presidential campaign of Barack Obama, whose song, “Yes We Can” was written by will.i.am, as well as the two post-election anthems, “It’s A New Day” and “America’s Song.”

Willie Nelson

As a songwriter and a performer, Willie Nelson played a vital role in post-rock & roll country music with a career that has spanned many decades. Willie has never played it safe musically. Instead, he's borrowed from a wide variety of styles, including traditional pop, Western swing, jazz, traditional country, cowboy songs, honky tonk, rock & roll, folk, and the blues, creating a distinctive, elastic hybrid. He has remained a vital icon in country music, having greatly influenced the new country, new traditionalist, and alternative country movements of the '80s and '90s as well as leaving behind a legacy of classic songs and recordings.

Taj Mahal With Guest Steve Forbert

You could call him a singer, multi-instrumentalist, composer, producer, ethnomusicologist, two-time Grammy-winner, world-class musical collaborator, musicians' advocate, world traveler, fisherman, or cigar aficionado. These titles are all accurate, yet none convey the warmth, humor, and soulfulness of Taj and his music. Taj has been playing his own distinctive brand of music -- variously described as Afro-Caribbean blues, folk-world-blues, hula blues, folk-funk, and a host of other hyphenations -- for more than 40 years.

Mozart’s Opera: Cosi Fan Tutte

Mozart’s comic wit strikes again in perfect style for Valentine’s weekend. Two guys boast that their fiancées would never stray, so their buddy challenges them to a wager. “All women are fickle,” he claims. They then try to seduce each other’s betrothed in disguise as a test of their beloved’s faithfulness. How far will this gamble go? When love is true, it passes all tests.
