Rebounderz Flips, Tricks and Treats Halloween Party, October 13- Join Rebounderz for the Flips, Tricks and Treats Halloween Party! Unlimited jump, laser tag, laser maze, ninja warrior course, rock climbing wall, leap of faith, a haunted house, trick-or-treating, photo ops, a costume contest and more!

Jacksonville Zoo Spooktacular, October 13-31- Enjoy the Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens during their most magical celebration with Halloween adventure for kids of all ages. You don’t want to miss one of Jacksonville’s most exciting Halloween events. spooktacular

Skate Station Funworks Freaky Friday, October 13- Friday the 13th, Freaky Friday! Scary face contest, best scream contest and trivia. Skate with the lights off and purchase some glow sticks!

The Catty Shack Ranch Halloween Haunted Forest, October 13-28- Stroll through as the forest comes alive with creeps and crawls. They’ll have crafts and games for the kids and even a costume contest with prizes. They’ve got a touch lab for the little ghosts and the Trail of Fears for the big ghosts..

Beaches Town Center Costume Contest and Parade, October 21- This is a free family event for children of all ages, to be held on First Street between Lemon Street and Orange Street. Make-your-own-crafts, games, trackless train and refreshments provided. Register for the costume contest, and be eligible to win prizes!

Adventure Landing Hallo-WEE Party, October 28- A not-so-scary celebration for the kids! Only $3 per child; there will be crafts, games, bounce houses, face painting, goodie bags, costume contest and much more!

Mall-O-Ween at the Avenues, October 28- Join the Avenues Mall for some scare-free trick-or-treating. All the retailers will be handing out goodie bags and there will be fun games, crafts, activities, costume parade and much more. 

Murray Hill-O-Ween, October 29- A Halloween themed block party and parade on the streets of Murray Hill. There will be food trucks, vendors, costumed characters, floats and even prizes.

Trick-or-Treat on the Street Downtown, October 31- Come celebrate with Downtown Jax from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wear your best costumes and get your fill of candy, coupons and other goodies from participating businesses.

Not for the faint-of-heart:

haunt nights jaxAdventure Landing Haunt Nights, October 6-31- Haunt nights feature four haunted attractions including Northeast Florida’s scariest 3D haunted house. The attractions feature a clown takeover, Pinehurst asylum, containment, and descent. Haunt nights are recommended to kids over the age of 12 and not for the faint of heart.

The Haunted Brewery Zombie Hunt, now thru October 28- Enjoy activities, music and free attractions with $10 entry fee. If you dare, go on the zombie hunt and hope to return in one piece!

The Old Spanish Trail, now thru October 28- Over ½ mile long, you don’t want to miss this haunted trail with three distinct areas of terror. Be prepared to be scared.

Fear Zone’s Inferno Legacy, now thru October 31- Jacksonville’s legendary haunted house is back with this year’s attraction, Inferno Legacy. You don’t’ want to miss this and you won’t forget it.

Warehouse 31 Unleashed, now thru November 4- Warehouse 31 has returned opening Thursdays through Sundays to give you your dosage of fear. Their attractions will feature deranged clowns, backwater swamp scares, meat factory and the fear lab.

Smashing Pumpkins Class at Sweet Pete’s, now thru November 10- Each guest makes a 3D chocolate jack-o-lantern filled with their choice of Sweet Pete’s signature candies. Smash the pumpkins later at home and enjoy! Tickets are $18 a person. Find out more at.

Halloween Cake pops and Macaroons with Alleycakes, October 24-25- Learn how to create the perfect sweet treats- the cake pop and macaroons in Halloween style. Classes are $35 per person and include a recipe card, apron and take-home box. Their classes are also BYOB. Find them on Facebook for more details.

Halloween Boozy Cupcake Party with Alleycakes, October 26-  This class is 21+. Create Alleycakes signature cupcakes infused with your favorite liqueurs. Sugar Skull Class at Sweet Pete’s, October 7-30- Learn to make a traditional sugar skull. Decorate it with royal icing and all kinds of embellishments and take it home.  You won’t get to eat this one but you can snack during the class.

Hocus Pocus Halloween Party at Blackfinn Ameripub, October 26- Get down all night to radio hits in the pub or on the patio. Wear your best Halloween costume for a chance to win $500 in cash! Enjoy late night happy hour specials all night.
