Take a Piece of Jax Home with You
A keepsake that goes beyond the touristy souvenir shops. Support local artisans and have a lasting memory of your trip for years to come.
From art walks and markets to local businesses and our own Visitor Center, you are sure to find a treasure that perfectly represents your time in Jacksonville. Here are just some of the places to grab a special memento.
This space located on the first floor of the Bank of America Tower in Downtown Jacksonville showcases local artists and makers. Here you will find unique gifts that you cannot find elsewhere. You’re sure to find a new piece for your home that will have your guests asking, “Where did you get that?!” and they too will have to take a trip to Jacksonville to find a similar one-of-a-kind piece.
Hands-On Jax Workshop
If you go on vacation and crave an experience, head to Hands-On Jax where you can learn from the local makers themselves. Artisans with specialties in soap-making, embroidery, printmaking, clay jewelry, and more will guide you through a class to create your own special token from your Jax trip.
North Beaches Art Walk
While in Jacksonville, visiting the beach is a must. With 22 miles of beaches, you’ll want a souvenir to remember your time by the ocean. If you’re here on the third Thursday of the month, check out the North Beaches Art Walk from 5 to 9 pm when local vendors sell their art in the Beaches Town Center. Bring the beach home with some unique coastal art that will impress.
Creativity runs through Jacksonville’s veins and our local makers are at the heart of it. Enjoy the art scene and take some with you to remember us by. Although, we are sure it won’t be your last visit!
