Hakka Kitchen is a new restaurant under the House of Leaf & Bean brand, locally owned and operated by Wen Raiti. Hakka Kitchen offers gourmet Chinese countryside cuisine made from fresh, organic ingredients and paired with hand-picked teas and fine wines. Dining experience curated by Chef Marshall Ziehm.
Hakka Kitchen's mission is to provide healthy food in a peaceful community space. We do that by merging the science of health and dieting from western medicine with a holistic approach and Chinese traditional medicine. The end result is balanced healthy meals that not only satisfy and delight customers but also help boost their bodies' strength and resilience. Hakka, meaning "guests," references the Hakka people, a Chinese ethnicity and descendants of the early Chinese northern dynasties.
