Black History Month: On Joseph E. Lee - Jacksonville’s First Black Lawyer


In recognition of Black History Month, the Jacksonville Historical Society invites you to a presentation on Joseph E. Lee, Jacksonville’s first Black lawyer. Speaker is Judge Brian J. Davis, U.S. District Court Judge, Middle District of Florida. Doors open at 6 p.m. with light refreshments served; program begins at 7 p.m. Program is free to members; $10 suggested donation for non-members; $5 suggested donation for students.
