Yoga in the Park

Springfield Preservation and Revitalization and Feeding Northeast Florida present Yoga in the Park, taking place in Sesquicentennial Park at 10:30 AM, every second and fourth Sunday of the month from March - August, 2025.
Led by instructors from Bold City Yoga, classes are family-friendly (ages 8+ please) and appropriate for all skill levels. Participants should bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
CLASSES ARE FREE FOR SPAR MEMBERS! $5 suggested donation for non-SPAR members. Donate with cash at the event, or online at sparcouncil.org/donate. Classes are capped at 25 participants. Registration is requested but not required. Please sign up for the classes you wish to attend at sparcouncil.org/yoga
