Sponsor/Administrator: The Sponsor and Administrator of this Sweepstakes is Jacksonville and the Beaches Convention & Visitors Bureau, Inc. d/b/a Visit Jacksonville, 100 N. Laura Street, Suite 120, Jacksonville, FL 32202 (the “Sponsor” or “Visit Jacksonville”).

Promotion Period: Visit Jacksonville, “Win a Trip to Jax” Contest begins at 12:00 am Eastern Standard Time on October 11, 2024 and ends at 11:59 pm Eastern Standard Time on October 28, 2024.

Sweepstakes Period. All entries must be submitted and received within this time period. Any entries not received within the indicated time period will not be eligible and such entries will not be considered.

How To Enter: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. During the Sweepstakes Period, visit our website at www.VisitJacksonville.com and follow the online entry instructions. Complete all required entry information and you will be automatically entered into the random drawing which will select a Grand Prize winner for the Grand prize described below. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your Internet service provider will apply and shall be the responsibility of the entrant. Entries must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on October 28, 2024 to be included in the random drawing. You must provide all information requested on the entry form to be eligible. Entry may be made on our website or by mailing your form to 100 N. Laura Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202.

Random Drawing: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Winner will be chosen by November 4, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. Drawings will be conducted by Visit Jacksonville, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning one of the Grand Prizes will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Grand Prize winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 2 business days of the drawing date and will have 3 business days to respond to Visit Jacksonville via email or phone or another name will be drawn. [Prize winners will be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within 7 business days of notification response or his or her right to the prize shall be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.] Prizes will be awarded within approximately 7 days of Visit Jacksonville’s receipt of liability/publicity release.

Grand prize:

Estimated Prize Value Max: $5000 depending on flight costs.

Prizes are non-transferable; may not be exchanged or substituted; cannot be redeemed for cash; must be taken in their entirety; and no substitutions permitted. Except where it is otherwise stated in the prize description, all expenses, gratuities, and federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Limit one Grand prize per person/household/email address. No additional costs will be covered while in Jacksonville beyond the items stated above to include any ground transportation while in the Jacksonville area.

Grand Prize is subject to all applicable travel restrictions, availability of lodging at the time of booking, blackout dates, fare restrictions, availability of services offered and other criteria. Winner and travel companion must travel at the same time and must depart from the same city. Travel arrangements must be made upon acceptance of prize, at the discretion of Sponsor and are subject to availability. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Sponsor may substitute prizes of equal or greater value.

Eligibility: Individuals who are legal residents of England, and who have reached at least 21 years of age prior to the first date of this Sweepstakes are eligible. Individuals must possess a valid passport and be eligible for a United States visa or the Visa Waiver Program. The following persons are not eligible to participate or win prizes: employees and agents of participating sponsors, their advertising and promotion agencies, and all vendors and subcontractors, and employees, agents and volunteers of Visit Jacksonville, and the families (parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) of, or any person residing in the same household as, any person in any of the preceding categories. Void wherever restricted or prohibited by law and subject to all federal, state and local laws.

Limit: One (1) play per person, household or e-mail address. Use of any automated system or agent to submit entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of age and/or proof of being the authorized account holder.

Privacy Policy: All entries become the property of Visit Jacksonville and will not be returned. By entering the Sweepstakes you agree to allow Visit Jacksonville use of your personal information as described in the www.visitjacksonville.com privacy policy. By registering and participating in this Sweepstakes, all entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Visit Jacksonville whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

General Rules: Entrants, by entering into this Sweepstakes, and the winner and all travelers, by accepting the prize, release and agree to hold harmless Visit Jacksonville, and the respective prize sponsors and all associated employees and agents from any and all liability, claims, causes of action, including, without limitation, with respect to property damage, personal injury and/or death, defamation, and claims based on the rights of publicity or privacy, losses or damages, costs or expenses, including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees, of any kind arising from or incurred in connection with the Sweepstakes or prizes won.

Return of any e-mail notification or prize verification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. Sponsor is not responsible for lost or stolen prize verification materials or prizes sent via any means including through the mail. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of prize. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.

Visit Jacksonville, its affiliates, and promotional agencies, and the officers, directors, agents, or employees of any such companies are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late entries, technical hardware/software failures of any kind, lost/unavailable network connections, or failed/incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission, which may limit a user’s ability to participate.; (ii) lost, misdirected, unintelligible, improperly formatted, damaged, or incomplete entries; (iii) any act, failure to act, delay, or error relating to the transmitting or processing of entries; (iv) telecommunications network, phone system, computer system, hardware, or software malfunctions, failure, disconnection, data loss, or other difficulties of any kind, including any injury or damage to a participant’s or other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes, or accessing, downloading, or uploading materials relating to the Sweepstakes; (v) any conditions caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; or (vi) any losses or damages of any kind resulting directly or indirectly from acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize awarded in the Sweepstakes or from participation in the Sweepstakes. Visit Jacksonville reserves the right to disqualify an entrant guilty of fraud, misconduct or causing technical failures, which destroy the integrity of the Sweepstakes as determined solely by Visit Jacksonville. In the event of disqualification, a notice will be posted and a random drawing will be held from all eligible entries received prior to the time of disqualification.

An attempt by an applicant to deliberately damage Visit Jacksonville’s Website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal/civil laws, and should such attempt be made, Visit Jacksonville reserves the right to seek damages from any such applicant to the fullest extent of the law. If any provision of this Sweepstakes shall be declared to violate any federal, state or municipal law, it shall be amended to conform to such law and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted and any damage made to web site will be responsibility of same. Visit Jacksonville is not responsible for any errors in any materials related to the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, typographical/other error in printing of Offer/Sweepstakes administration/prize announcement or for any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, accessing or downloading information in connection with this Sweepstakes.

The name of the Grand Prize winner will be available after the Grand Prize winner has been verified and the prizes have been awarded.
