The City of Jacksonville Disabled Services Division is proud to partner with many local rehabilitation and non-profit agencies to provide Adaptive Recreation in the City of Jacksonville. This launch site has an adaptive kayak launch to assist paddlers with disabilities in transferring in and out of the vessel.
