The 2012 Jacksonville Jazz Festival will feature Sonny Rollins, Patti Austin and so much more during the Memorial Day weekend on Main Street, Hemming Plaza, Snyder Memorial Church, The Jacksonville Landing, Laura St. and various downtown businesses and buildings. The 2012 Jacksonville Jazz Festival will feature free performances by Jazz great during the Memorial Day weekend on Main Street, Hemming Plaza, Snyder Memorial, The Jacksonville Landing, Laura St. and various downtown businesses and buildings.

This FREE festival will transform into a vibrant setting with multiple entertainment stages and other components including the Jacksonville Jazz Piano Competition (ticketed); Generation Next Youth Talent Competition presented by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida; jazz exhibits, displays, educational activities and much more. The ‘Round Midnight Jazz Jam, Sunday Jazz Brunches and a Jazz Jamboree through the festival streets are also highlights of the festival. Art in the Heart Downtown Juried Art Show & Sale

The 2012 Art in the Heart of Downtown art show and sale will feature the work of talented artists and master craftspeople from around the country. Festival patrons can enjoy the sounds of first-rate jazz performers and browse the works of talented artists and master craftspeople throughout the festival weekend. Mediums include Clay, Digital, Drawing, Fiber, Furniture, Glass, Jewelry, Mixed Media, Painting, Sculpture and Wood. Click here for complete information

Wine Down/Brew Town Tasting Experience 

The Wine Down/Brew Town Tasting Experience is a tasteful complement to the displays of fine art and the sounds of jazz during the festival. This special region will include a variety of fine wines and craft beers for tasting along with a complimentary glass. Click here for more information

Tasting Tickets

The City of Jacksonville is proud to present the commemorative poster for the 2012 Jacksonville Jazz Festival. Posters are $40 signed and numbered and $25 for an unsigned copy. After the festival, the cost will be $60 (signed and numbered) or $45 unsigned. Click here for more information
