Please let us know the date you would like to pick up the items in our Visitor Center, located at 100 N. Laura St., Ste 120, Jacksonville, FL 32202. We are open Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. A member of our team will confirm your pickup date once your completed form is received.
