What You’ll Do
As a volunteer, you might assist with:
- Registration and guest check-ins.
- Event setup and breakdown.
- Guiding attendees to sessions and exhibits.
- Sharing information and ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Staffing Visitor Centers - Downtown, JIA, Mobile Visitor Centers
- Work Visit Jacksonville Events - Art Walk, Explorers Events
- Work alongside Visit Jax at larger community events - Jazz Festival, Porchfest, The Donna
- Welcome large conference groups to their opening session or event
- Help Visit Jax prepare for large group arrivals
