Jacksonville Zoo and Botanical Gardens

Jacksonville Zoo and Botanical Gardens strives to accommodate all people by providing ADA-accessible pathways, exhibits, and facilities. ADA-compliant parking spots are available with ramps to the zoo's main entrance.

Designated service animals are permitted on Zoo grounds but must be leashed at all times.

Manual wheelchairs and power chairs are available for rent within the Zoo on a first-come, first-served basis. Personal wheelchairs and ECVs are allowed within the Zoo. If you have any additional questions regarding ADA accessibility, please contact our Guest Services team at 904-757-4463 ext. 177
