Hana Ferguson Joins Visit Jacksonville to Elevate Community Partnerships
She brings more than a decade of experience building meaningful partnerships and elevating Jacksonville’s business community
Jacksonville, Fla. (March 5, 2026) – Visit Jacksonville is pleased to announce the appointment of Hana Ferguson as its new Senior Outreach Manager. A marketing and community engagement professional with deep roots in the local hospitality and tourism industry, Ferguson brings more than a decade of experience building meaningful partnerships and elevating Jacksonville’s vibrant business community.
In her new role, Ferguson will serve as the primary liaison between Visit Jacksonville and local tourism businesses and partners. She will lead the development and execution of annual community outreach strategies, oversee the Tourism Ambassador Program and manage initiatives that strengthen relationships with hospitality partners throughout the city.

Ferguson most recently served as Director of Community Engagement and Account Executive at Wingard, where she cultivated relationships with community leaders, nonprofits, businesses, and local government while aligning engagement strategies with organizational goals.
Ferguson earned Bachelor of Science in Communication with a concentration in Public Relations and a minor in Community Leadership from the University of North Florida. She’s received recognition as a 40 Under 40 honoree and Woman of Influence by the Jacksonville Business Journal.
As Senior Outreach Manager, Ferguson will focus on expanding Visit Jacksonville’s free partnership program, maintaining and growing the organization’s tourism partner database, supporting frontline training initiatives such as FLIP (Front-Line Incentive Perks) and identifying new opportunities for community engagement.
