Celebrating 250 Years of America in Jacksonville
As the nation celebrates 250 years since the founding of the United States, there are few places that tell the story of America quite like Jacksonville.
The Visit Jacksonville Downtown Visitor Center will be closed for renovations starting Friday, May 22 and will reopen Monday, June 1.

Freedom Fest

Enjoy a patriotic light and music show with live bands, food trucks and free apple pies to the first 1,000 people! This event is free to attend.
Fourth of July Celebration – America 250
Saturday, July 4 from 4-9:30 pm
Riverfront Plaza (2 W Independent Dr, Jacksonville, FL 32202)
Head to Riverfront Plaza for a free concert and fireworks show unlike any other! As well as, food trucks, face painting & balloon animals.

Saturday, July 4 from 6:30-10:00 pm
USS Orleck Naval Museum (610 E Bay St, Jacksonville, FL 32202)
