Bethesda Park & Center

Bethesda Park is a year-round, fully accessible recreation facility designed to provide barrier-free access to outdoor experiences. This uniquely inclusive park accommodates individuals with physical disabilities while also welcoming the general public. Among its many features are a 20-acre stocked fishing lake, four rental cabins, a lodge, picnic areas, and more than 14,000 feet of boardwalk trails through natural surroundings.
A highlight of the park is its adaptive kayak launch, which offers safe and easy access to the water, making it an excellent location for beginner paddlers. Additional features include a stabilized shoreline launch and a peaceful inland lake, further enhancing accessibility and enjoyment for all visitors.
