Boone Park & Tennis Complex

Boone Park & Tennis is a cherished community park located in Jacksonville’s historic Avondale neighborhood. With a tennis clubhouse that opened in 1950, the park has long been a central venue for public tennis, hosting many of the City’s major tournaments over the decades. Today, Boone Park continues that tradition with one lighted asphalt court, 14 lighted clay courts, and 4 lighted pickleball courts.

Beyond the courts, the park offers a variety of family-friendly amenities, including a playground, picnic tables, a covered shelter, and convenient on-site parking. Thanks to the dedicated efforts of Riverside Avondale Preservation (RAP), Boone Park has seen significant improvements in recent years, blending its historic character with modern recreational features for all to enjoy.
