Fatboy Fried Rice and Fot Boy Silogan are where Asian fusion meets chef-driven comfort food. Inspired by our adventures eating our way across Asia, each dish is a bold, crave-worthy remix of traditional Asian cuisine—done our way.
We fired up Fatboy Fried Rice in August 2020 during the pandemic, and we haven’t stopped cooking since. Our goal is simple: bring classic Asian flavors to the community in a fun, approachable way and share the food we’re obsessed with making (and eating).
