Submit Your Event
Thank you for considering your event for Visit Jacksonville's event calendar.
Criteria for inclusion on Visit Jacksonville’s event calendar:
- Before entering your event, please search the event calendar to make sure it isn't already listed.
- Only events taking place within Jacksonville or Duval County will be approved for the calendar.
- Preference will be given to events that strongly appeal to visitors and offer a clear reason to travel to Jacksonville. Anything that would interest a visitor and that a visitor could plan for and/or build a trip around are approved.
- Your event must be open to the public.
- Non-visitor events, including chamber events, networking events, association events, fundraising events, community/church meetings, grand openings, seminars, auctions, etc. are not approved for this calendar.
- For best results, events should be submitted at least 2-4 weeks in advance.
- You must upload an image for your event listing. It is best not to upload a flyer with words and QR codes. Instead, please include a high-quality image to promote your event.
Please allow 2-4 business days for your event to be approved and listed on the event calendar. Visit Jacksonville reserves the right to decline any event that does not meet these guidelines and edit submissions for grammar, spelling, clarity and accuracy as needed.
