Explorers Pasta Classes with Josephine

Join Visit Jacksonville and Riverside Avondale's Josephine restaurant for a hands-on, pasta making class perfect for beginners. No fancy equipment or experience needed. The Josephine staff will walk you through every step of the process, from mixing and kneading the dough to shaping classic pastas like fettuccine and pappardelle.

You’ll leave with new skills and tips from their kitchen, great memories, and delicious pasta to take home and show for it! Pasta made in class is not cooked on location. Preparation of pasta only.
