What You’ll Do

As a volunteer, you might assist with:

• Registration and guest check-ins.
• Event setup and breakdown.
• Guiding attendees to sessions and exhibits.
• Sharing information and ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Staffing Visitor Centers - Downtown, JIA, Mobile Visitor Centers
• Work Visit Jacksonville Events - Art Walk, Explorers Events
• Work alongside Visit Jax at larger community events - Jazz Festival, Porchfest, The Donna
• Welcome large conference groups to their opening session or event
• Help Visit Jax prepare for large group arrivals
