We will cruise south along the St. Johns River toward Riverside, Avondale, and San Marco and back downtown to see the sparkling city lights. WE BOARD 15 MIN PRIOR TO PUBLISHED DEPARTURE TIME! Choose FRIENDSHIP PARK DOCK OR HYATT DOCK BOARDING LOCATION. Bring your own snacks and beverages. Small coolers are welcome aboard. We look forward to seeing you on the river!

Originally from Detroit comedian actor writer and (sometimes) director Tony T. Roberts has been blessed

with the coveted honor of being the “Comedians-comedian.” The guy other performers love to watch work. His hilarious and refreshing energetic comedy style has granted him respect and created a huge demand for him on the comedy circuit here in the states and abroad. Legendary comedian and sitcom director David Steinberg acclaimed Tony as “A breakout talent” after witnessing Tony’s stand-up act and casting him as the lead in a series of funny burger king commercials he directed.

Tony has entertained audiences in some of the nations hottest comedy arenas including: Caroline’s The Boston Comedy Club in New York City; The Peppermint Lounge in New Jersey; All Jokes Aside in both Chicago and Detroit; and The Comedy Act Theater in Los Angeles just to name a few. But Tony’s television debut was on HBO’s “DEF COMEDY JAM” followed by “IT’S SHOWTIME AT THE APOLLO” and “BET’S COMICVIEW.” Early on Tony received BET’s ROBIN HARRIS AWARD for Most Original Comic.

Based on the 1974 film, this musical adaption of the classic comedy follows the story of Dr. Frederick Frankenstein (Fron-kin-steen) trying to follow the footsteps of his famous grandfather, Victor Frankenstein.

Florida vs. Georgia Fall Baseball Game

The University of Florida and the University of Georgia in partnership with the City of Jacksonville, ASM-Global Jacksonville and 121 Financial Ball Park announced that they will be playing their annual Florida vs. Georgia fall baseball game on Friday, October 29 at 121 Financial Ball Park with the first pitch happening at 6:30 PM. This game will be played ahead of the annual Florida vs. Georgia rivalry football game on Saturday, October 30 at TIAA Bank Field.

Tickets for this year’s baseball game will be priced at $15 and will go on sale this Friday, September 10 at 10:00 AM. 

Sunset Garden Picnics

with the coveted honor of being the “Comedians-comedian.” The guy other performers love to watch work. Farm Fun Fall-O-Ween

Join the rescued animals for the 2nd annual Fall-O-Ween Fun at the Farm! There will be a tour of the farm to meet all of the animals and hear their rescued stories. There will be treats for the people, a craft to make, a game, swing, and lots of time to meet with the horses, pigs, dogs, chickens, cats, and bunny. Each CAR with a paid ticket will get a TREAT to take home. 

The $35 ticket price is per car with the event set at 15 cars ONLY. Four people or less ages 3 and older per car. Anyone 2 years and under is waived. (If your car will be bringing more than 4 people please advise upon receiving your confirmation email with the address.)

Be sure to bring treats to share with the animals. CARROTS are their favorite.

11am - 1pm. Please be sure to arrive on time so that the tour can start in a timely fashion upon everyone's arrival. The event is scheduled for 2 hours, but the tour may only take 1 hour leaving time to relax at the picnic tables. 

The $35 ticket is a donation to the education farm sanctuary to support the animals in rescue while also supporting humane education outreach.

Young Frankenstein

Location: Alhambra Theatre & Dining

Based on the 1974 film, this musical adaption of the classic comedy follows the story of Dr. Frederick Frankenstein (Fron-kin-steen) trying to follow the footsteps of his famous grandfather, Victor Frankenstein.

Sunset Cruise

Enjoy a beautiful sunset, a relaxing cruise and great music on board the Miss Hadley! We will cruise south along the St. Johns River toward Riverside, Avondale, and San Marco and back downtown to see the sparkling city lights. WE BOARD 15 MIN PRIOR TO PUBLISHED DEPARTURE TIME! Toddler Time is a sweet toddler story-time outing, perfectly suited for little ones aged 2-4 years old! Enjoy a story, sweet treat and craft based on what you’ve read!

Are you a true CHOCOHOLIC?  If so, this tasting is for you. Enjoy a tour of our  candy kitchen to see how our chocolate is made. The tour includes a Bar Your Way - chocolate bar custom made just for you. A Chocolate tasting of four types of chocolate and brief lesson about the types of chocolate. One scoop of chocolate ice cream topped with our signature homemade fudge sauce (includes a recipe card to make the fudge sauce at home)

Nosferatu

Accompanied this year by solo percussion and electronic soundscape, the annual Halloween screening of Nosferatu is a Stein College tradition. This F. W. Murnau 1922 psychological horror/thriller will send shivers down your spine as the inimical machinations of Nosferatu cause havoc to a community and a marriage. Those attending in person are encouraged to come in costume.
