Sporting JAX
Sporting Club Jacksonville, or “Sporting JAX” was founded in 2020 by a local Jacksonville ownership group and named in collaboration with the community in 2023. The club operates a men’s professional USL Championship club, a women’s professional USL Super League club, Gainbridge Super League and a USL Youth Academy.
For the first time, local fans will have the chance to cheer on a homegrown team of elite athletes, competing at the highest level and representing the strength, talent, and spirit of Jacksonville.

Gainbridge Super League
The Gainbridge Super League is a Division One professional women’s soccer league that launched in August 2024. Built for the future of the women’s game, the league currently features nine teams with plans to expand in future seasons.
Unique in U.S. soccer, the league follows the international fall to summer calendar, allowing players to represent both club and country and giving clubs access to the global transfer market.
