Requirements:

  • Must operate and hold a business license within Duval County
  • Hotels and Home Rentals must pay Tourist Development Tax (TDT)

Beverage and Dining Establishments Eligibility - To ensure we showcase the authentic local dining experiences that make Jacksonville unique, beverage and dining must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be independently owned and operated.
  • Franchise and corporate chain locations are not eligible.
  • Approved businesses may have locations in neighboring counties; however, the number of locations outside Jacksonville may not exceed the number of locations within Jacksonville.

  • Realtors
  • Political Organizations
  • Adult Entertainment
  • Franchised or Corporate Chain Beverage and Dining Establishments
