Maceo Elks Lodge #8
Maceo Elks Lodge #8 is one of the oldest Black fraternal institutions in the country and the seventh oldest lodge of the Improved Benevolent Protective Order of Elks of the World, established in 1898. The IBPOEW, the largest Black fraternal organization globally, has long supported Black communities through mutual aid, offering financial, spiritual and emotional assistance during times of segregation and beyond.
