Sugar Factory American Brasserie

Sugar Factory’s Jacksonville restaurant at The Markets at the Town Center has a 179-seat main dining area, a bar area with seating for 20 and an outdoor patio with space for 107 guests. Upon entering, guests will be greeted by Sugar Factory’s signature candy dot wall, candy heart lounge and the candy retail store where guests can choose from over 50 types of sweet treats and more on Sugar Factory’s signature floor-to-ceiling candy wall.
From the retail store, guests can enter the main dining area with Instagrammable moments such as large flower walls with neon signs perfect for posing, an elaborate three-dimensional floral ceiling, video walls and other colorful decor.

Offering brunch, lunch and dinner, Sugar Factory’s menu features burgers, pastas, quesadillas, tacos, stir fries and salads, as well as colorful dishes and unique desserts. The restaurant’s elevated white marble bar seats provide full-menu service complete with Sugar Factory’s brand new margaritas, over-the-top martinis and their signature, celebrity-endorsed smoking candy goblets.
