The Butt Hutt Smokehouse food truck was founded on a love of flavor. Started in Jacksonville, FL, in 2011, we’ve been delivering quality Florida-style BBQ flavor ever since. We use a low and slow BBQ method, then put our own Florida flavor into the mix with our signature spices and sauces.
