Garden to Glass is a concept with its roots in the Farm to Table movement. The term denotes a cocktail program where the utmost care is taken to work with local farms and seasonal ingredients to produce superior cocktails. The Parlour embraces this concept through our work with local farms and our seasonally changing menus. The Parlour has also been recognized by Slow Foods First Coast as the first cocktail bar to be awarded a Snail of Approval for our work with local farms. We continue to strive everyday to support our local farms as well as other local businesses including breweries, coffee roasters, and distilleries.
