2026 First Coast Heart Walk

The Heart Walk, hosted by the American Heart Association, is a celebration of life and a reminder that with every step, we’re giving more people a second chance. With 3-mile and 1-mile routes, free registration, and an event that’s family- and pet-friendly, there’s something for everyone.

This year, we’re rallying our community to create a Nation of Lifesavers, where everyone has the power to save a life from cardiac arrest. It starts with showing up, taking steps, and supporting the American Heart Association’s mission to end heart disease and stroke. Heart disease remains the #1 killer in the U.S., and stroke affects 1 in 3 adults. But together, we can change that, right here on the First Coast!
