Traveling around the world in a day is so much easier during the World of Nations Celebration!

What Is the World of Nations Celebration?

Celebrate 34 years of exploration at the 2026 World of Nations Celebration! Experience the cuisine, artistry and customs from lands near and far as you travel throughout the event.

When?

February 28 - March 01, 2026

Saturday, February 28: 10 am – 7 pm
Sunday, March 1: 10 am – 6 pm

Where?

The World of Nations Celebration takes place at Ford on Bay (288 E Bay St)

Why?

The celebration gives Jacksonville a chance to showcase the diverse international communities in our area. Annually, 25,000 visitors experience the festival.

As you travel through the World of Nations Celebration, experience the cuisine, artistry and customs from lands near and far. Each "country" represented has its flag on display, at least one person speaking that country's official language, and they serve the native foods of that nation - which is our favorite part! Many play traditional music and demonstrate their style of dance or relate stories from their culture. Artwork and clothing/costumes representing the country are also exhibited. The celebration also includes the "World of Kids Playland", which features arts and crafts and other programs for children.

Parade of Flags

Dressed in authentic traditional clothing, representatives from each country will offer a greeting in their native language and proudly carry their flag as they march through the event. This is a great display of the cultural diversity that makes up our city.

Countries participating in the World of Nations Celebration include: Argentina, Bahamas, Bosnia, Cambodia, Cameroon, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Dominican Republic, France, Ghana, Haiti, Honduras, India, Israel, Jamaica, Mexico, Palestine, Peru, Philippines, Puerto Rico, Republic of Panama, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, Spain, Trinidad & Tobago, Turkey, U.S. Virgin Islands, Venezuela.

Tickets

Tickets are available online for $9 + tax for each day of the event.
Tickets purchased at the entrance the day of the event are $13 + tax for school age children (4 - 17) and $15 + tax for adults.
Children age 3 and under are free to attend, no ticket required.
